June 2014 Ipsy Glam Bag Review

Don't forget that I am having a makeup and beauty giveaway contest right now! There will be three winners. CLICK HERE to enter the raffle.

Hello! Hello!

Has everybody received their June 2014 Ipsy Glam Bag? If you are not a member, you may sign up HERE. If you sign up through that link, I'll earn a few points that I can save toward a prize, and you can do the same, too. :-)

The cost is $10 a month (plus your local sales tax; mine is $0.80), with free shipping! Isn't that amazing? If you are in Canada, shipping is only $4.95.

When you sign up for Ipsy, you will be given a "personality test" of sort to ensure that you'll receive the products that you're interested in!

So, here is what I got in my June 2014 Ipsy Glam Bag:

1) A makeup bag designed by Rebecca Minkoff!

2) Be A...Bombshell "Lash Out" mascara: $15. I have not tried this, but I will soon! :-)

3. NYX Butter Gloss in "Apple Strudel": $5. This lipgloss is amazing, and I have included a swatch of it below. The color is a soft, milky peach-pink, and the texture is buttery-soft, never sticky! I haven't bought a lipgloss in a long time, but I will definitely purchase more shades in this line.

4) Marc Anthony Dream Waves Beach Spray: $8.79 for a full sized bottle, so mine is worth at approximately $2.93. I don't think I will use this product, but only because I like to have sleek, glossy hair, instead of styled with beach spray or salt spray. So, I will save this and give it as a gift to someone I know will enjoy it.

5) Nicka K New York Shimmer Eyeliner: $5. I have not tested this eyeliner yet, simply because I wear only black eyeliner; sometimes purple. However, I know someone who will enjoy this.

6) Not pictured -- samples of Laneige BB Cushion foundation, which I have used and reviewed HERE.

Amount of money spent: $10.80

Total value of products received: $27.93, not counting the Laneige samples.

Was this month's bag worth it? Absolutely! While there are a few products that I have decided to save and give away as gifts, instead of using them, it is not because I dislike them. As you can understand, I have many products that I would rather use first, so opening these up and never using them again would be a waste, especially when they can go to the people who will enjoy them more. :-)

Below are the products that I could have received this month:
